Thoughts run through her mind, It’s impossible to sleep What a waste of all that time, How did it get so deep? Her heart begins to race, The tears begin to swell, Why can’t she stop her heart From giving her so much hell? The pieces that were taken Can never be restored, Parts of her are changed, But it won’t happen anymore. She will regain her strength, She will come out on top, She will keep on smiling Until the hurting finally stops.
